  1.  
  2.      This  diskette contains a copy ofthe PROWRITER  UTILITIES.   Besides  the 
  3. three(3)  main program procedures,  there are ASCII files which contain copies 
  4. of both the user's  manual and the appendicies for that manual.  Each of these 
  5. ASCII files will produce a formatted manual,  (or appendix), on your PROWRITER 
  6. I or II dot matrix printer.
  7.  
  8.      DO NOT ATTEMPT TO PRINT THESE FILES ON ANY OTHER PRINTERS.   It just will 
  9. not work.  To print your copies do the following.
  10.  
  11. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
  12. 1)  Set the printer's switches (SW-1 & SW-2) as follows.
  13.           SW-1  Close levers 2 & 7.  Open all the other levers.
  14.           SW-2  Close levers 1 & 7.  Open all the other levers.
  15. 2)  Position the leading edge of the paper at the paper cutter and turn on the 
  16.     printer.  You'll need almost 90 pages of paper for both manual & appendix.
  17. 3)  Turn on your computer and start DOS (1.1 or newer) running.
  18. 4)  Put the PROWRITER UTILITIES diskette into drive A making sure you have the 
  19.     correct prompt, A>.
  20. 5)  Type PRN-MAN and press ENTER. (it takes about 50 minutes to print)
  21.     When the manual is finished printing, goto line 6.
  22. 6)  Type PRN-APX and press ENTER. (this should only take about 20 minutes)
